My father in law before marriage has given us the bio data of my wife which says that her DOB is 17-2-89 later after marriage I found that her actual DOB is 17-2-88 as per her aadhaar card and passport. My DOB is 21-12- 1989. I belong to a jain family. I even found that my wife is having affair with two other married guys through her whatsapp messages and face book messenger. It has 3 month since we are married and now I need divorce from her. Please advice when can I go for filing for divorce.
As per your case you have an liberty to file case against her but for that you have to file one more case on her and on your father in law also by evidence which you have as you talked
