Metal issue of my wife has produced cruelty.

Hi Sir / Madam, My wife has psychological disorder Major depressive disorder (MDD) and Paranoia. I tried to take her to hospital but she was not willing to go psychiatric doctor. She was behaving in weird manner since marriage. I also informed his family about the issue but they are not willing to listen to me even i showe them the proof of medical consulting. Since last 9 months she staying with her mother, father and we have a small boy too. Since she very abusive.

Well, if you want to take decisions on behalf of your Wife, such as to get her treated and family members of your wife are objecting, then, you file a Guardianship Petition in Court, once you will become your Wife's guardian, then no one will be able to restrict you in respect of whatever decision you take on your Wife's behalf for her welfare, considering, your wife is not in a proper state of mind to take decisions for her and her family's welfare.
