agar woh aapke upar fake case daalti hai toh aap usko high court se stay kara sakte hai aur final hearing k baad agar high court ko lagega ki case fake hai toh quash b ho jayega baki agar woh divorce lena chahti hai toh uske liye alag law hai baki detail aap call pe le sakte hai.

Pati patni ke sambandhon mein 406 ka mukadma nahin ho sakta iske bachav ke liye sabse jaruri hai ki aapke dwara vidai ke sambandh mein section 9 Hindu marriage Act ka mukadma Court mein dakhil Kar Diya jaaye

agar aap talaq nahi chahtey toh baat karey apni wife sey. ya phir aap log counseling karney jayey saath mein unkey.... communication is very important....baat karna na chodey miley usko khusi ka khayal karey hope sab theek hogaa....agar phir bhi case karti hai toh manage Kiya jayega
