Hello you can obtain divorce on the basis of desertion ground under Hindu marriage Act 1955 and you should file a petition in Family Court of your jurisdiction for decree and dissolution of marriage , your husband will be summoned for facing proceedings

Aap DV case mein apna right of residence, maintenance aur protection order claim kar sakti hain. Agar husband ne jhoothi complaint ki hai, to aap written reply, evidence aur counter-complaint de sakti hain. Bina court order aapko ghar se nikalna ya divorce dena valid nahi hai. Age 47 hone se aapke adhikaar kam nahi hote.
