court divorce tabhi grant krta hai jab koi divorce ka ground full fill hota hai, jaise cruelty, insanity, adultery etc. Woh bhi prove krna pdhta hai, ye utna asaan ni hota hai. Apko agar husband ke sath rehna hai toh apko sec 9 HMA case dalna chahiye ya apke sath domestic violence ho rha hai toh sec 12 daaliye, taaki kal ko apke husband divorce Dale toh

kindly file 498A IPC criminal case against your husband and your in-laws. In 498A accuse him of dowry demand and harassment too. File another sec 12 domestic violence case against your husband and in-laws and also file 125 CrPC case demanding maintenance from your husband

yes you can claim divorce from him and claim maintenance from the concerned court for your livelihood, alternatively you can file a dowry case against him and demand maintenance under 125 crpc or 25 of Hindu marriage act.

see if you are not willing to give the divorce then you no one can force you for the same so be rest assured in this respect but if he is continuously saying this thing then you can file the case of harrasment and 498a against your husband
