Hello amit yes aapko talaak k lie haan kardena chahiye jab aap dono alag ho chuke ho and already kisi or sath live in me reh rhe ho to it means aapka unofficial talaak to already ho chuka h to cases k jyada lafdo me na padke aap dono ko mutual talaak file kar dena chahiye

ya to maafi manglo aage se nai hoga. if she agrees thik hai. affair bhool jao phir. aur agar affair mei rehna hai to talaq lelo. file ap par case kar sakti hai. dhej wala case to court mei prove hoga as per facts, samaan ki list hai ya nai, witness etc. dv to banta hai. bail ho jayeg all the best.
