Mental Harassment by Spouse. No Physical Relationship , No updates

22-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir, We have been married since 11yrs now and we have son of 9yrs. Since past 4yrs my life has become hell. She had started ignoring me and running around all other male friends. I had caught her in few instances with one friend having intimidating chat which I informed her parents for which I was told she is clean nature . Since then she started ignoring me. No physical relationship since 4yrs now. I am not informed or told were she goes and with whom. Yesterday she had gone to Meghalaya with one Male friend of whom I dont have any details of Flight/hotel/person name nothing. When I asked at least tell something, I was told if required I will tell my mom dad or sis but not you. She has no worries of how Son routine will be managed in her absence. She didn't even bother to tell my Dad who stays with us before leaving. I am not sure what to do for this attitude. Her Parents and Sis keeps on supporting her acts and that boost her more. Whats best approach for this. Police complain?

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your wife has left the interest in the matrimonial home and is been independently living her life without bothering about you and your son, for this we should first have to take her for counselling and also discuss the same with her what is the actual issue and later if she doesn't agree or behaves same, we shall take appropriate legal actions accordingly.

Hi In this case it is advisable that you should probably go for divorce proceedings wherein you will be undergone court counselling if the issues are resolved in counseling then you both can happily resume cohabitation otherwise proceed with the divorce proceedings.
