Mental harassment by husband and inlaws...

I was married in 2018 however,I thought everything would be good,I try to adjust however he was having some issues with me,I tried to adjust still,he would not take responsibility at all,when I gave birth to a baby boy 2019 October,in hospital he behaved rudely with my family,2ndly his family demanded of my Gold ornaments to whatever u have bring,I got in frustration that I left hone in 2020 may when it was lockdown,aftrr that he would 3k in my hand to feed my baby....and now I have ask like a beggar for money...I cannot in this marriage where I dont have mental peace....he says that if u go to ur fathers house I won't spend anything,but the truth is he never spend anything for me never.

for getting maintenance approch before appropreate court and you will have your rightful maintained from your husband and till disposal of the case you will get monthly interim maintenance from your husband.
for mental torture you ma initiate 498A proceding againest your husband and also divorce proceding before appropreate court.

dear client as you are going through tremendous mental dramas so do you want to live with your husband anymore or want to divorce him and also apply for alimony for your self and your child what is your jurisdiction...

honestly I wasn't able to make out the relief that you sought. in any case the law is if you leave or abandon your matrimonial house without sufficient cause then you wont be entitled for any relief including maintenance or judicial separation or divorce. in every other case you are eligible for maintenance. you may also file for divorce.

no problem you need to file a case immediately and you can easily seek maintenance from him and upon courts order he will have to pay and then if he doesnt pay he will be arrested ultimately he will pay
