You should immediately file FIR against your husband and MIL for the cruelty and dowry - demands as well as other crimes committed by them.
Along with this, you should immediately file for the Divorce on the ground of the cruelty and the mental harassment and other grounds.
Also, if your husband is earning much more than you, then you can also file application under Domestic violence Act and demand protection as well as maintenance and residence order as well as protection orders.
You need to file all these applications and complaints urgently and without wasting any more time.

Hello Madam,
I would first advise you to file a Complaint before the Police for the Domestic Violence suffered by you by the hands of your Husband and Your In Laws. Also file a Domestic Violence Case against your Husband and In Laws in the Magistrate Court under the Domestic Violence Act.
Simultaneously also file for a Divorce Petition against your Husband in the Family Court on the grounds of Mental Harrassment and Mental agony suffered by you.
If you are at your Parents House now, I would advise you not to return to your Husband's House as it would only create more problems.
Take the grounds of Cruelty, Torture, Mental Harrasment and Agony in your Divorce Petition.
And also state all the cruelty and violation against you by your Husband and In Laws in the Domestic Violence Case.
