Mental cruelty? Non-consummation? Impotency? Please help

07-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband and I have been married now for 2 years. I am staying away from my husband for the past 7 months. He suffers from Erectile Dysfunction and Anelaculation problems. We had Partial sex maybe 5-10 times as there was zero ejaculation. but he is able to masturbate. Also, after repeated warnings, he has not taken his issue seriously and is least interested in sex and he was not ready to go for any tests nor willing to take tablets etc.. Even other aspects are also negative. Father in law is a retired Judge and even his brother is a Judge. They said no to Mutual. Right from day one it seems they were preparing for the case and they did know the problem of the Husband. For proof, I have taken him to two doctors and visited each of them thrice (a total of 6 visits). I have the prescription in which they clearly gave tablets, gel, etc only to my husband. But there are no Diagnostic tests or reports There is audio proof wherein he accepts that his disability with my Father.

It looks like your husband side is trying to protect their dignity. But no need to worry. If they are not willing for mutual consent then you can file for contested divorce for which you have sufficient grounds. Let them contest the case and let them use their influence. If you have guts then you can proceed further.
