Mental and physical abusement from husband. Procedure to take divorce.

I am shweta. I belong to Hindu religion. My husband is harrassing me for no reason. It's impossible to stay with him anymore. I have son. He's 9 years old. Please let me know what is the procedure to take divorce.
Hi...if you both are agree for the divorce then go for mutual consent by that you can get divorce within Dix months of filing the petition and if he not agree then you have to file contested divorce petition but it will take more time.

If you are separated from you husband, you can file Domestic violence case and seek maintenance for yourself and for your son. if he us physically abusing you, then you can file crimunal complaint against.
