Mental abuse from spose makes fell into illegal relationship

Hello Sir, I am 34 years old got married in the year 2015 and have a son aged 5 years. After my boy turned one year, the problem starts with financial matters as well as she started doubting me by calling video calls, etc.... She started fighting for silly reasons and started abusing me and my mother's relationship. At one stage, she treated me and my mom like a street dog. This kind of behavior makes me get a divorce. But having a child, I couldn't make a decision just like that. But I am dam sure that I can't live with my wife. We haven't had a sexual relationship for the past 3 years. Years later, I really fell out of an outside relationship with my uncle's daughter who also doesn't want to live with her husband and she applied for divorce too. Her husband hacked her phone and took our personal pics though she living separately. Can this will be a reason to deny divorce for both? What can we do to get a divorce?
