Mentainance from husband who is in Canada on work permit

My husband went Canada without any information on closed work permit and I am going to file 125 on him. What if he will not come back and pay it ... He mentioned himself single there in Canada. Will court call him in india or what will done

Once case is instituted against him, he will be bent upon to pay maintenance. Service can be through the consulate or Indian embassy. Warrants are also issued if he doesn't join the proceedings. you must start the process at the earliest.

hello mam as i can see your issue ia very much swrious offence as you are willing to file 125 yes you can file and its confirmed tht you will get the maintenance also. as well as if you want to punish him. for the tourcher you are going through i can call him back to india and make him punish through court .

It’s difficult to get him summons and it’s very time consuming process ! You may look for a social mediation instead of going to court ! If social things don’t work out then this is the only option left ! All the best
