Yes. it may save the relation only if when both the party is honest and willing to resolve the issue. If you or the other party go to the mediation only for delay the court proceeding then no mediator can resolve the issue. There might be chances that the other party approach the mediator only to harass you or to further delay the court proceeding. The other party may put any condition before the mediator, you have to analyse all the pros and cons before accepting his or her offer. All the best.

Sorry but your question itself is very strange. Relationship can be save only with mutual understanding and cooperation. Mediation is a medium which gives you an opportunity to sit together and rethink about the relationship and inter-se differences. So there can be no straight answer to that but if the situation is not worst every relationship should be given an opportunity.

Hi, good to see that you want to save your family. Domestic violence and mediation are two things, domestic violence doesn' t save relations while mediation may definitely save your relation. Well court want to save matrimonial life through mediTionn hence if mediation is held properly and iddus are resolved by the mediator then chances are thrrr to settle the issue hencr in domestic violence meddiatio can help a little bit further you can go for legal opinip

Yes it certainly can, depends on both parties whether you actually want to settle it out or no.The mediation only can help if both parties to a proceedings want to settle it out if one party is not willing to then the decision can not be forced.
