Me and my wife both are central government employees and both don't have any other responsibility. nnMy wife earns 45 k (in hand )and I earn 78 k (in hand)... And court decided 15 k interim maintenance, what are chances that appeal in higher court can revoke this interim fully ??

Dear Client The quantum of maintenance (final/interim) depends on the income affidavit filed by both the parties as a mandatory requirement wherein the Supreme Court has issued guidelines. In case, the quantum of maintenance is arbitrary and causing undue loss to you. You may file an appeal. Rest would have to go through the documents to advice you any further. Regards.

This must be contested in the court of competent jurisdiction. When the wife is very much able to maintain herself then there would be no ground to give her relief in terms of maintenance from her husband. If it is proved that wife is actually earning a good amount then the case is in husband's favor.
