Me and my husband have not consummate our marriage on my suhagrat since he doesn't know what to do. He tried after using medications and only lasts for 30 sec(which I didn't satisfy). His parents want to stay with us even after knowing the problem he has. In laws and husband don't want me to do the job and says only **** people will go outside of house without husband tagging along.

hi if the marriage is not yet consummated then you could file petition for annulement of marriage and could file 498A and domestic violence cases against husband and inlaws for mental harassement and their behaviour

how long have you been married for is the question and if it's abusive and controlling, you must take a call to come out. There are two options : Divorce Under Cruelty or Mutual Consent. You can opt for any of these remedy. However, if it's just inlaws you can go for Domestic Violence or try keep your ways via legal notice and see if it mends.
