Matrimonial issue in my family please advise us

Hi, I was married in dec 2018 and its been 10 months now. We are facing matrimonial issue in my family. My wife’s family, they have taken her into their home without our consent. She is pregnant, in this situation they have taken her to their home. What should we do in this case ? If they want divorce but i don’t what should be done? She is pregnant already

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file an intallah peshbandi with the concerned police authorities at the earliest possible. Further you may send a legal notice calling her back for cohabitation. A petition under the Hindu Marriage Act can also be filed for RCR. You may consult us for the same.

you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. such a petition is filed when you want to live with your wife but she's not living with you. you may also report to the local police station.
