Matrimonial issue, divorce ..previously even she has filled 498a

hi , My wife always fights on petty things . Its been 6 years but still our relationship has not improved . Now, I dont want to continue. What all remedies do I have ? Also,If i want to file for contested divorce as she is not ready for mutual , where can I file ? My maternal home is in Bihar but we were staying in bangalore . From past 6 months , she is not staying with me . She is with her mom and dad.

hi sir you can file divorce in Bangalore court itself since you are stating in Bangalore and you can file a case based on cruelty grounds. for filing a case and also for any legal assistance. kindly contact me. thanks

if you both had stayed together in Bangalore for the last time before she quit and left, then Bangalore Courts have jurisdiction, and you can file case in Bangalore. whether she has filed 498 a or any other case already ?
