You can file a well drafted complaint citing all such incidents to the police station and a copy of the same can also be filed in the concerned court where your Divorce case is going on . Suicide is no way to get rid of problems. Pursue the case with right consultation, you will get your desired result.

If they entered forcefully n attacked you then it comes under illegal tress pass attracting section 452 ipc etc

We need more information on your case to evaluate things from legal point of view. You need to hire an expert advocate in this case, kindly be in touch to discuss and to understand the legalities in this regard.
Thanks.

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

this act will not fall under section 306 IPC as no suicide was held but only suicide committed so she will be tried under section 116 IPC where 1/4 of the total imprisonment can be imposed to her.
