I am not really sure what relief you want however it seems that since your husband has banded you and you are now staying in India you would want to proceed with filing of criminal charges for dowry harassment and for assault and for maintenance. this complaints can certainly be filed in India and the proceedings can be initiated in courts in India for any further queries please feel free to contact me
