Meri frd h wo apne husband ke sth rahna chahti h. But uske husband nhi rahna chahte meri frd ne case kiya 498,323,504,307,unke husband ne bhi bahut se blame lagye apne wife par.husbans saaf mana kar rhe h rahne ke liye,husband ne divorce case file kar diya h. unke 2 baby h aur wo babys ke liye rahna chahti h wo kisi bhi tarah ka divorce nhi chahti h . So please suggest kare aage kya karna chahiye sth rahne ke liye.

section 9 ka case file kar sakte hain Agar aapki friend Rahana chahti hai apne husband ke sath to Court mein Section 9एचएमए Hindu Marriage Act ke tahat aap mukadma file kar sakte hain Jyada Jankari ke liye aap mujhe call kar sakte hain kya aap mere Karyalay per Aakar apni samasya ka Samadhan kara sakte hain
