Matrimonial and maintenance issue residing issue and child maintenance

I left my in kaws house when husband abused me physically and verbally. He is not paying maintenance for my two kids also . How can i re enter my in laws house . My husband abandoned us and move to USA.

dear client as per your query since you are not getting any amount for your kid and yourself so you can file a maintenance case for the running livelihood of your kids you need to have address details details of your husband so that you can send notice for petition...

Hello, this is Advocate Somdipta Dutta Choudhury. I am extremely sorry about your situation. You can take the recourse of law though. You can bring in allegations against your husband and in-laws. You can initiate a criminal proceeding against them. In this way, they can be put under pressure. You must claim maintenance for the time being from your husband for you and your kids.
