You will need to file for divorce petition before the family court asking the court to nullify the second marriage conducted by your cousin brother. Any marriage performed during the lifetime of the first husband is a criminal offence he can definitely find a criminal complaint also but before that please proceed it easily the family court

You can file a police complaint against cheating and harassment. If legally married then you need to file divorce petition in court by stating all facts. This way you will be safeguarded from further harassment and false allegations.
