MARRIED TO a girl one month before,& want to leave her as I love somee

Completed one month of marriage, but don't want to stay with this girl. Will you give me a solution so that I may leave her peacefully. As she will not agree to leave me.

As your marriage is solemnlized, just one month ago, and you don't want to live with her, so you have very strong reason to desert your wife like she has some legal disability or you have some ground for viodable marriage but these points can't be described here as I don't know your situation so if you want to know in detail than connect with me

You have to wait for one year for any type of divorce or other petition . but you can file section 9 HMA application to restitute if your conjugal rigts. It's very sensitive issue any bit of mistakes from your side will put you in great trouble as the wife can file many petition such as dowry case domestic violence and maintenance under Criminal procedure code
