Married Schizophrenia person fact of this problem not disclosed b4

I got married in August 2018, my husband behavior is abnormal, he will not work anywhere properly, I took him hospital after lot of struggling Then I came to know he is suffering from schizophrenia.. Wich is incurable disease and my in-laws family also mentally and physically touched me.. How can I come out this problem. Also my father is lower middle class family we can't offered any lawyer expenses.

hi
you should file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and mental illness at the place where you got married or at courts near parental home.
in family court only parties are allowed to present their case and lawyers offer minimal support unless case will send complex.
you can ask the court to provide lawyer through district legal services authority

madam you have to file a case in court stating that without informing you and cheating you your married and your husband is abnormal now you are not willing to stay with him and you want to get separated from your husband harassing you
