Married just 2 days she tortured me

After marriage we went to honeymoon with her sister family and she even messages to her mother every small issue and a big issue and she is keep on telling to leave my mother i left her ther with her sister and i came back with her torcher for 2 days what to do she is telling she will come with legally what she can put case on me let me know

Good Morning Sir.. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you raised. she has an option to file police complaint. it's her choice. but in family matters always try to settle. if it goes beyond control. I will help you and advise you in a good way

Dear Sir, She can file false cases like Domestic Violence, cruelty and dowry harassment under Section 498A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. She can file also an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C claiming maintenance. Much liberty is given to the wife. Please take wise decision.
