Married in March, 2019 required divorce.

2011: We are in a relationship 2013: Girl friend cheated on me 2013: Broked up and return to me 2015: They are still in touch 2016: Moved to to city for job, distance created 2017: I Met an another girl, stared dating 2018: In a open relationship with new one as she know my status of having girlfriend. 2019: Old girlfriend doubted about my affair. 2019, Feb: Forced by the family of old one for marriage but I want delayed as I was not mentally prepared. Then decided to go for court marriage. 2019, March: 2 days before the marriage, I told my old girlfriend regarding my affair in details. Still she had no problem. 2019, March: Signed the Paper. Stay separately as she is studying and I am working. Will stay together after arrange marriage. 2019, August: She claims to stay with me, but as I love someone else I can't able to stay with my wife. 2019, September: Discussed the situation with my wife. I want divorce but didn't. Threatened me with suicide if I apply for it.

you are in deep trouble, if your wife file cases of maintenance and other cases you will be badly trapped, it needs proper planning to bring things down to an amicable settlement, you should not have got married in first place. many aspects needs to be properly ascertained.

as your marriage was solemnized as per special marriage act on March 2019 you have to wait still March 2020 for apply for divorce as within one year from the date of marriage you cannot apply any petition for divorce you have one way to apply for nullity of marriage if till one month from the date of marriage, the same has not been consummate but I think the said petition ful nullifying the marriage would lack merit.
