If the divorce in the Netherlands is on mutually agreed terms then there will not be any issues here in India. If it is a contested one then the divorce order must be confirmed by the Indian court. Medical condition of your daughter in law is a good ground. However harassment if any has to be handled.

Regarding your son's marriage his parents cannot give any complaint against his in-laws and it will not sustainable under harassment or cruelty in Law. Whereas, your son can give a complaint here and during evidence his presence is mandatory before the court of law.
