Hi
Normally courts will not sanction divorce with in 1 year of marriage.
However there is a provision for filing DIvorce under sec 14 of Hindu Marriage Act if the divorce petition is filed within 1 year of marriage. but you need to have exceptional grounds (cruelty, cheating, fraud etc ) for filing for divorce.
Unless and until you have exceptional grounds of divorce, courts will not accept your petition

It is not a difficult task to apply for a Divorce

Request to provide with complete details as to what are the grounds to which you wanted to break the marriage, if you have been assaulted/ill-treated/physical or mental torture/dowry or any other please specify

However, a decision in such a nature will not just break the relationship between the two but would also impact families - Approach for counselling at the nearest Police Station/SHO to understand things around you

Incase if that still doesn't work, Please feel free to contact to initiate the Divorce procedure

section 14 of hindu marriage act says no petition to be filed within one year of the marriage. in some conditions you can apply for divorce but the application will disposed after one year only. if it is passed before one year, the orders are not valied.
