Married a foreigner and not living together anymore can i marry again

i was last year married with eu citizen only officially innew delhi gaziabad court. she stayedindia round one month and went back there she register our marriage with apostiled marriage certificate of india. but due to sm problms we r seperated nd its almost year we didnt divorce yet i married here a indian girl nd she get to know tht now shes blackmailing me tht she ll file case nd report india police nd asking money to pay her we dnt hv any child suggest me good way to get out of this

Your marriage is covered under section 4 of the Special Marriage Act 1954 and as per section 43 of the Act, a married person marrying again is liable for prosecution under section 494 and 495 of the Indian Penal code 1861.
