Married 2 years back wife stayed for only 3 months got pregnant

Married 2 years wife stayed together 3 months and in those 3 months also every other week goin to her home.after 3 months got pregnant and stayed in her parents home till and after childbirth it been a year still staying with patents.no communicatiin be it verbal or written watsoever.what are the rights of husband can he file divorce coz been subjected to trauma
yes, you can file for divorce in this case and claim that your wife has deserted you and also has seperated your child from the father. by doing this you can get divorce and is ur wife working also. ?

In case if your really want reunion please file a case under restitution of conjugal right and sought prayer of reunion. Say the reason in detail of the same.
If you need a DIVORCE only you can file the divorce petition under the ground of "desertion". But you need to issue notice to her before proceeding to divorce under this circumstances.

First of all issue a legal notice to your wife under Restitution of conjugal rights (right to stay together)and ask her to come back and join you to your matrimonial home, if she does not comply, then file the RCR (restitution of conjugal rights) petition on the same grounds and mention it clearly that you want her to come back and join you and her matrimonial home if after receipt of the notice also if she does not comply then court will allow your petition and will order her to come back and join you, if she again does not comply with the court order then you can seek divorce on the same grounds.
