Marriage with mentally disabled person

Iam hindu married 1month ago. Now I got to know my spouse is mentally disabled person in her behaviour. I visited small psychologist along with her, doctor said she in depression, under meditation for long time to cure. Now I want to ANNULMENT being cheated. What is the procedure to file and how long it takes. a) If 2 parents agress to separate what is the process or b) actually I went to small doctor, for that proof is not enough I feel, for second opinion to big hospital they are not sending

if u r looking for divorce we can help you and we help u in from small doctor report and if your parents and her parents agree then you get divorce easily and also you get these divorce within 3 to 6 months , if u. need second opinion we ask to court to get the second opinion if they require, approach us we will help you in getting divorce

hi if the said fact that she is mentally disabled was disclosed at the time of marriage then you could file petition for anmulement of marriage within period of 6 months from the date of marriage and that the process would take atleast 1 year
