Both party second marriage (hindu)nI have two kids my wife passed in car accident.nI am retired from army without entering her name in docoment.nNo married lifenNo domestic relationshipnLady claim herself unmarried when she applied for jobnUsing my id to stay in hotel with her boyfriendnnMarriage admitted court March 2022nDelhi High court pass order to maintain her name in army record till than marriage persist.nLater she filed fresh complaint to claim amount which I got on army retirement

That's a big unfortunate incident . All the documents need to be seeninutely .we can challenge in Top Court .otherwise you have to comply with the judgement or order for ever. you have to show evidence n prove her wrong maybe some problem with evidence that's the only thing required to be checked..

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you and there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty.
