Marriage Problem in Canada due to extreme high controlling nature

Sir i have been facing high level of issue in canada since i went on spouse visa to Canada now my husband throw me back to India and wants to cancel my PR, he is over controlling, he don't allow me to work, don't allow me to go out and blames me that i do black magic on him. He don't even support me financially monthly and blocked my atm card before sending me to India and even blocked me from WhatsApp and even my motherin law did not called me once. I am super depressed please help me.

In case your spouse is not cooperating with you , then you can file a petition under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act and obtain divorce also you can get maintaince from him too by filing various petitions as per law

Hi Ma’am…. You can contact me with regard to this issue …. You can file suit and no one can stop you like this ever and cancellation of PR is not that much easy I think .. if you are from Chandigarh .. I am practicing advocate in chandigarh
