Marriage not conssumed between us and she admitted same in primary application in women cell. What remedy is posible now in running divorce case singh 1.5year

Hello if the marriage is not commensurated you can apply in family court to declare the marriage as null and void under the relevant provisions of law, you need to prove in the court that marriage never happened
