Marriage not consummated - Annulment or divorce

Married in June 2020. I’m 35, he’s 36. Came frm his home in 2 weeks. He lost job due to issues wth the mgmnt bt acted like resigned.He met with an accident in 2 months & stayed wth my fmly til leg was fine. I took care of finances & medical expnses & hlpd pay his loan. He hid he ws diabetic bt i came to know. took sugar &cholesterol tests & to doctor. Aftr leg ws alright he changd. He ws jobless so daily he got money frm me & wnt to find job. In Feb he got a job wth low pay. Daily he got money fr fuel. He stayd in my home as it ws near.Hs dad asked hm to cntrl me & get my salary. He sent his relatives to ask money. He hs premature ejaculation & ED,he took tablet megalis. he hs financial issues.His dad wil sleep in Morning. aftr v go to bedroom he’ll cal hm at 12, 2 am etc.He told his dad wants to separate us. Nw hs dad is sick so he went & got manipulated. nw he demands me to go 2 his home if I need hm He blockd me & isnt responding.I dnt hav evidence fr money he got but online I hav s
If marriage is not consummated then the marriage can be annulled. But non-consummation of marriage must be proved. In your case it may be difficult. In your query you didn't mention about what relief you want from your husband.
