Marriage fraud with NRI and case file in indore family court


14-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
He file case and fled away to Australia and he is not appear in court from last 1 year. I am suffering and my life has been so effected.

Let me know the details of ur case ,if he is not appearing then the court will proceed ex party in the case . You can also take directions from high court in this regard . Ask the family court to proceed ex party by framing issues ,taking ex party evidence.

Mam you can take strict action and criminal complaint against him for emotionally, mentally harassing you. Further wasting your and courts crucial time.
