Marriage as per christian act need to dissolve at earliest

This is my second marriage, my husband was having affair before marriage which I caught after marriage as it continued. My parents gave some gold ornaments to me during marriage, for mutual divorce they agreed to give us that back, but we also gifted a bracelet to my husband and 5 lakhs as marriage and other expenses also, apart from all this because of his cheating it lead me to mental depression was under sleeping and anti depressants pills. Can I claim all jewelleries and money which we gave

You can file a case before the family court for recovery of gold ornaments and realisation of money given in connection with the marriage. Even you can file for getting back the expenses of marriage incurred by your parents. If you have girl child , even the her marriage expenses can be claimed …..
