From your message, it appears you are facing emotional harassment and marital issues, including lack of consummation and pressure related to children. Such conduct—especially repeated harassment, emotional manipulation, and withholding of conjugal rights—can be strong grounds for divorce under cruelty as per Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. If there has been no consummation of marriage since day one, you may also seek annulment under Section 12 for non-consummation due to willful refusal or incapacity. Adoption decisions cannot be forced on you without consent. You can: 1. Send a legal notice documenting the harassment. 2. File for divorce or annulment, depending on facts. 3. Seek maintenance and protection if harassment escalates.

The conduct you described — harassment, repeated taunts, emotional manipulation, and non-consummation of marriage — amounts to mental cruelty and gives you grounds for annulment or divorce under law. You also have remedies under the Domestic Violence Act if needed. Please preserve evidence and call me for further proceedings so I can guide you with the next legal steps.

Non consumption and repeated harassment amount to cruelty under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. You can file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty and non consumption. You also have remedies under the Domestic Violence Act for harassment. Immediately consult a lawyer for initiate proceedings.
