marital property issues according to hindu law.

i married according to hindu law. i want to buy a flat and both my wife and me have agreed to pay loan equally since she is earning nearly my salary. what legal documents can i prepare so that she cannot deny paying her part later.

No much document is needed in this regard, a simple email from each other would suffice the purpose, you can write an email to her detailed one and ask her to reply in detailed form, this much of evidence is of enough evidence

Are you buying the flat jointly?
In my opinion you can draft a agreement mentioning all the conditions and then register the agreement.
But without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.

Dear Client,
As per the details provided by you my legal suggestion would be that you dont need to worry about making the documents the Bank from where you are procuring the loan will make the documents to that effect and in case if she does not make the payments in future she will eventually be liable for her share of legal consequences initiated by the bank.

you can take a loan as a co owner and you can make a agreement between you and your wife that both of u have equal contribution towards the flat. and for mutual understanding you can make a agreement between you and your family
