Hi my self Usha i married with Mr.vidhiyanand jha last 15 yr that marriage is love marriage but my husband not give any happiness he's always cheet me and before COVID he's one relationship with he's office women in 5 yr that time i forgot because of my kids but again he's doing the same and so much torch after drinking my both kids know everything this time I'm so depress and i try to suicide. i have a 2 girl. Well, you can file a Divorce case against your Husband on the ground of Adultery and once it gets proved, you will get the Divorce from your Husband. However, you need to collect the evidences to seek Divorce. If you do not need Divorce, then, an alternate option before you is to seek Judicial Separation by filing a Petition for it and parallely seek Maintenance under Sec 125 of the CRPC, 1973
