Male party is not coming from long time in court


21-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Its been more then 5 times male party had not come .Court had published the advertisement for the male party but he still using different techniques to not come. Somehow by giving money .What should I do?

hello kaha se hai aap agr male party court mai ni aa rha hai so aapke. tarf order hgaa apke advocate nahi hai kya agr apko koi legal help cahiye to btyega mai Shashvat bhatt advocate family court lkk

Jaisa ki aapane apni samasya mein likha hai ki Panch bar se Adhik ka time Mel party ko mukadme mein aane ke liye mil chuka hai lekin Mel party nyayalay Mein present Nahin Hui Hai jis Karan finally Court ko male party per service ke liye advertisement Karana Pada advertisement hone ke bad bhi Mel party Court mein present Nahin ho rahi hai to situation to ab Aisi situation Mein Court Mel party ke against aapke mukadme ko ex party Kar Degi aur judgement Kar Degi
