Maintenence or Alimony (Religion Hindu)

Is monthly maintenance better or one-time alimony? Is it advisable to ask for post-dated cheques from the husband and mention the same in the petition?

If by virtue of the permanent alimony ,if you get more amount then the monthly maintenance amount, you can ask for permanent alimony. post dated cheques are not advisable. for further details contact.

hi you it depends on the situation of the property and stage of the case and that based on that you could file monthly maintenance or one time maintenance settlement in the case and if he is ready to give more then one time settlement is good
