Maintence for wife and child in divorce case

Respected sir/madam
I want a divorce but I m unable to find his address. His friend is mediator but his friend is also not helping me in giving address. He sale out his house n living in rental house. He was PSI now left his job. He knows well how to escape frm this suitation but I want all my rights of maintain and child mainatin. He is agreed upon mutual divorce. But in that case I didnt get anything.
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is not going to pay you and your children any maintenance since he knows the way to escape from such situations as he was a former PSI, if he is agreed to mutual divorce then mention the terms and conditions in the consent terms so that you can claim your rights if not then go for litigation.
