Maintenance under dv and documents to submit

I have filed maintenance from my husband through a DV case. I’m studying right now, but I don’t want to reveal what and where. Should I show/submit bills for this case?
According to the directions of the honorable Supreme Court, there is a standard format of affidavit that must be filed by both parties and it covers everything in detail. Based on that information maintenance will be decided. So, both parties must reveal almost everything related to the case.

navoday Supreme Court As given the guidelines that before proceeding the maintenance case both the husband and wife should provide an affidavit stating all the Assets and properties income and liability and all these things the case would proceed in any family court or other code for regarding maintenance by the wife
