I had filed divorce against my husband and inlaws for domestic violence as they never wanted me to do job . also my father in law used to touch me ain appropriately . i had voice recording my psychriatic prescriptions and photos that shows I have been humiliated physically . but in this course of time i ran away and started my career and was committed to a man who is also married . i am sacred if the prove my adultery .but it all happened because they voleted me . please help me to understand if i can get my streedhan irrespective of in laws or mine and alimony
You can very well take divorce from your husband by proving in the court that they have caused physical and mental cruelties to you. You can also file a case in crime against women cell and take back your istreedhan lawfully. You are also entitled to permanent alimony. Draft your case very carefully.
