maintenance related on exparty order

she left voluntarily 9 yrs back. Reason: she produced fake educational certificate during marriage once she caught she left. she filed crpc125, which notice was not served to me but cunningly she obtained ex-parte maintenance order. Then she filed execution on it. I filed set a side petition for crpc125 which is dismissed now in family court. Pls advice what to do now.The pending amount is huge now from date of application. Shall I approach in high court for set a side ? Is there any way to seek stay on execution?

what was the side petition that was filed by you? and on what ground was the said petition dismissed?
