Maintenance post child birth separation and post job loss of wife

Me and my husband got separated post 1.5 months of girl child birth, due to in-laws issues b/w me & my husband before childbirth leading myself into heavy depression post childbirth. I thought things will get ok in widtime ,maternity leave of 6 months, was staying with my parents @my home,Bhopal.
Its been 2 years, he bought flat, not coming to take back, puts condition to stay with his mom.
Lost job due to medical issues during postpartum. Need to seek maintenance for child and myself.
