Maintenance of Wife after Divorce On Mutual Consent

Is it possible to ask for maintenance of wife after divorcing on mutual consent? My earning is very less. To survive, I will require monetary support.

yes it is possible, the husband would be bound to pay if wife is not living on adultery and she cannot maintain herself it is the sole discretion of the court as well as most orders are passed in favour of woman whatever you earn twenty five percent you will have to shed out without a choice

obviously a female can claim for maintenance from his husband after getting divorce the records which are available to her are maintenance under section 125 of code of criminal procedure and the provision of personal law or special law she is required to file a petition before the competent court for claiming the maintenance from husband. she is entitled to get the maintenance until she remain chaste or till sher remarries
