Maintenance n interin maintenance

My hus filed divorce case against me. I m going to file for maintenance n interim.his salary 80k+. My lawyer asking me to pay his one third salary in court as advance to apply for the petition and its refundable.that is 33k. And to apply interim he told to pay 10k.Is it true. Total 43k. Do i need to pay his 1/3rd salary in court in advance in order to apply maintenance n interim maintenance. What s the procedure.?When they ll refund ? Pls help me.how to refund tat will they give any bill or documents.

no need to pay one third salary to the him since your divorce matter is already in process in court you just need to pay fees and court process fees for detail you can contact me I ll guide you in detail

it is absolutely a wrong suggestion that you need to pay and you will get refund, basically he is trying to take this money from you in an unrecorded fashion, if it is true, and you think he is genuine then ask him to give this in writing on his letter head as well as annexe his letter with the petition you will file, the truth will come before and whomsoever you pay, download, gpay or phonepe apps, pay all online either on upi id's or by obtaining their account number and ifsc code , everyone will have objections to this step of yours try and see, you will get wonderful reactions.

I'm not aware of such provision of law where you will have to deposit any amount in court for claiming maintenance and the matter may need some clarification from your advocate. I'm of the view that you can consult your lawyer about the provision of law under which he is giving you this suggestion.
